Assumptions and limitations
- No site survey has been carried out — no existing-services, soil or utility survey data has been used or invented.
- No licensed certification is claimed — design certification by a licensed PEC Professional Engineer is required before any construction issue.
- Supply assumed 400/230V, 3-phase, 4-wire, 50 Hz, TN-S within the building; earthing to be confirmed by the utility.
- Luminaire quantities are concept stage and require DiaLux/Relux verification (hall 300 lux, lobby 200 lux per EN 12464-1).
- Occupancy basis 1,000 persons; exit widths and travel distances to be confirmed by the fire strategy.
- HVAC shown as a 120 kW allowance only, to be replaced by the HVAC package schedule.
- CCTV storage sized on 30-day retention @ 4 Mbps CBR; no analytics or facial recognition assumed.
- Cable sizing, discrimination and short-circuit studies are not included at this stage.
